My Uncle back home in Hawaii is a bit of an eccentric. He was a dentist his entire career and once he retired he started finding new ways to occupy his time.
What does a retired dentist in Hawaii do? Go on long walks, apparently. Very long walks. I've heard my Uncle will often be gone for hours, meandering through old roads and along pedestrian overpasses into the city and back. Nothing wrong with that of course, but now he's started bringing back pylons and wet floor safety cones. He puts sidewalk lighting in the top of the cones to make them more visible. Whatever it takes, I guess. Or whatever he takes that is.
