Ever since my first visit to the Hoh Rainforest in Olympic National Park I've returned at least once a year to walk through those majestic moss-laden forests. It's about 4 hours from Seattle so I generally plan for longer stays when I head to the Olympic Peninsula. Yesterday I put in my reservation for a hotel over the Memorial Day holiday and anticipate a fun and productive 3 day weekend spent in the dense, emerald green of the Hoh Rainforest and surrounding areas.
Here are a few images from my visit last year taken with my Nikon F3HP and expired Agfachrome. You can also see a few favorites at my blog here: The Woods Are Lovely.
